Mother's Day

I enjoyed a very low-key Mother's Day this year.
I just wanted to stay home and be with my loves.
I couldn't help but snap some photos of this precious time in our life.

So this is what Mother's Day looked like....

Anna Claire is not a fan of the new grass!

"Mommy, I love you. Thank you for being a good mommy. I love you." Grayson

I am so blessed to be called their mother.
I give thanks to the Lord for these precious gifts.

One morning, Grayson brought me this schedule for the day.
After having too much Easter candy, Grayson decided a tummy ache was no fun! "I can not eat sweets anymore."

A Birthday Party for 4!

4 out of 5 cousins on the Trammell side of the family have spring birthdays, so we decided to make it simple this year and just have one, big party for everyone.  So we traveled to Clinton for the weekend for our big celebration. Everyone was able to join us--even Uncle Andrew and Aunt Sarah made it all the way from Nashville.

We decided on a "picnic" theme. Unfortunately, the weather did not play in our favor so we settled for an indoor picnic.  It was still super cute.

Her very own Little House bonnet and cap.

Opening presents is exhausting.

These kiddos played their little hearts out the entire weekend.
We love having children so close in age to be able to share these special times with!

This is what they looked like within 5 minutes of heading home.
