Boo at the Zoo

 

The kids got some early practice wearing their Halloween costumes last weekend.

We went to Boo at the Zoo with some friends.

 

 

So this year, we have an astronaut,

a star, and a cloud.

Trying to stick to the space theme....

 

 

Caroline still wants nothing to do with these big furry guys.

It was a beautiful day!!  And such a great way to finish up one of our last weekends in October..

with sweet friends!!

 

Homecoming 2014

                                                     
 We  finally made it back to Clemson after about 9 years!!  And we've always looked forward to the day when we could introduce our children to one of our favorite places! 
William and Abby Ruth also joined us.  The weather was beautiful!  We ended up walking about 10 miles by the end of the day and the kids were such good sports!

                         
We had a day full of exploring because the game didn't even start until 7pm!

I'm pretty sure we will be making this a new family tradition!!

Apple Picking 2014

 

We decided to try a new apple orchard this year and headed up to the Red Apple Barn in Ellijay for the day.

It did not disappoint.

 

We all had so much fun! The weather was perfect.  And we left with our tummies full of apples, apple donuts, apple cider, and more apples!

Mission Accomplished!
